I've been dropshipping on eBay for around 130 days now and overall, I made a good amount of sales profit and I keep reinvesting it 0:13And i've been scaling my account big time, right? Doing good on customer service because it matters a lot and i've been using the program version of DroboAI for the past four months 0:27And just for the past week or so, i've been using the cloud version of DroboAI. So it's done through the web, through a cloud system and this program version has ran through your PC 0:37So you have to have a decent PC to actually run it but I use the cloud version now so you can have your computer completely off and it does everything and as you can see here, 0:46It's really customizable. You have all these options between choosing different niches. 0:50You can choose your price bands which I don't want to get over complicated with all that but that's just essentially like the pricing engine that it uses to price your items, your eBay items because we're doing Amazon to eBay. 1:02So I'll be explaining what all this is and how the whole entire program and what it does. So we're going to do it step by step. 1:09You can automate your entire store with DroboAI with the cloud version, all right? I want to get more into that. 1:15So let me show you what it does, okay? First step, it gathers information from Amazon then it saves information back into the system, right? 1:24So here's the type of information it grabs like how much a product costs off Amazon, the item title, right? Item specifics, you know, what describes the item and there's also like item descriptions, right? 1:36And product images that it copies and it copies it and just rephrases it. So it builds your eBay listings with this whole entire step here. 1:45And it just, so now that it has all the information it needs, it starts bulk uploading to your account on eBay. Oh my goodness. 1:53And my favorite parts with this cloud version of DroboAI, you can do all these automations with your computer completely off while your AFK with the tab completely closed because the cloud version is running through like a web browser system 2:05And it's done through the cloud, right? And you can just, you can exit out of that and it'll still keep going, right? 2:11And it'll still be running, but you know, i've used DroboAI cloud for around one week now and it's been running my entire store. So everything like the auto discover and post, 2:21The auto refresh your entire inventory. So let's just break down those first two ones, okay? 2:25So auto discover and post, it grabs stuff from Amazon posted to your eBay account based on your settings and it's highly customizable. When you auto refresh your entire inventory on eBay, 2:34You're just reapplying your margins and your stock. Make sure your stuff's in stock, you know? 2:39You have an order dashboard, you have auto order placement, auto order fulfillment and auto customer messages so it runs your entire store, right? The past four months, i've used DroboAI, the program, 2:51And I would say it's around 98 % automated. The reason why is because just these first two alone's auto discover and post and auto refresh inventory. 2:59That already accounts for, in my opinion, 98 % being automated because then all you have to do then is take two to five minutes placing an order on Amazon 3:08And adding a tracking ID, which is these two right here. And of course, it may take a couple minutes to send a message and you can just create yourself 3:15Like a message template. I make it sound pretty easy. 3:18It's the customer service that you have to really worry about. You will go into more depth with how all of this operates. 3:23So you can watch along to learn more or you can ask questions in our community as well. The only thing that brought my store to success was being truly dedicated by logging into eBay each day, 3:35Uploading items every day, also checking my customer messages. I forgot to add that, but also refreshing stock and margins every day. 3:44There's more parts to the workflow that we can implement, but as of right now, you're just kind of listening along and just learning.
